Counselling with Charlotte offers mental health support with working with adults, specialising in Women’s health. This area of interest has been a natural progression in experience and personal insight.

Charlotte has been working on a self-employed basis for a number of years having qualified with a Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice, registered with The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. Charlotte is passionate about supporting women who experience hormone disorders such as Endometriosis, PCOS, PMDD and all that comes along with this, painful periods, mood swings, painful sex, fertility issues etc. These conditions can be debilitating and leave women feeling unheard and misunderstood.

Charlotte has a range of experience working with a variety of individuals and is open to working with all.
